Our Red Seal chef has a wide selection of menu options from which you may choose. Understanding that you may have guests who have dietary restrictions, we also have the flexibility to incorporate adaptations into your menu. Casual or formal, plated or buffet, you select the meal, the settings and the presentation. Then, set up to clean up, we take care of the rest.
The per person price for dinner includes having our professional, uniformed staff in attendance. Also included in the per person dinner price are our good linens, dishware and cutlery, with skirted buffet tables.
